Foreign states are studying Russian experience in fighting terrorism
and extremism, Alexander Khloponin, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy
to the North Caucasian Federal District, said at the Mashuk-2011 youth
forum in Pyatigorsk, RIA Novosti reports.
Khloponin said that terrorism is a common problem and has no
nationality or religion. Israel, the USA, Germany and UK are studying
Russian counter-terrorism experience.
The law-enforcers fight terrorism but they do not fight corruption in
the North Caucasian Federal District, Khloponin noted.
