Erdogan to visit Georgia

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay a visit to Georgia today. Erdogan will visit Batumi, where he will meet with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili at noon, reports Trend, citing the Georgian president’s administration.
Erdogan and Saakashvili will make a joint statement at the Georgian Constitutional Court, following which the two leaders will hold a news conference.
Erdogan will familiarize with the Sheraton Hotel, the construction of which was invested by Turkey, and later will attend a concert in his honor. Erdogan will leave Georgia after the event.
The Turkish premier should have arrived in Baku on Monday, though the visit was postponed, since Erdogan headed to Teheran to take part in talks over Iranian nuclear program. The change in the Premier's schedule was caused by a phrase in an agreement, which said the uranium exchange to be executed on the Turkish territory, reports Turkish news agency Andolu.
