Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, told journalists on Monday, RIA Novosti
reports.

"The territory within the Warsaw and Kiev highways and territories
which lie further southwest, which is encircled by the large circle
railway line covering 144 thousand hectares, will become part of
Moscow," Sobyanin said after the meeting of the Russian President with
the heads of Moscow and the Moscow region.

The area requires comprehensive urban planning, Sobyanin added.
