Most transport facilities of the North Caucasian Federal District do
not meet anti-terrorist security requirements, Russian Vice-Premier
Sergey Ivanov said, RIA Novosti reports.
Ivanov pointed to the airport of Mineralniye Vody as a good example of
proper security measures.
