Abkhazian and Kabardino-Balkarian parliaments sign memorandum on cooperation

On April 17th a memorandum was signed in Sukhumi on cooperation
between the parliaments of Abkhazia and Kabardino-Balkaria, reports

A delegation from Kabardino-Balkaria headed by the speaker Anwar
Chechenov arrived in Abkhazia on a working visit on May 12th. "Taking
into account the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual
Assistance between Russia and Abkhazia of September 17th 2008, sides
have expressed willingness to "develop and deepen interparliamentary
cooperation on an equal basis.
Under the memorandum, the sides will carry out a constant sharing of
information on current parliamentary activities.
