Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers agree to boost talks on status of Caspian Sea

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that they had agreed with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov to boost talks on the status of the Caspian Sea, Trend reports.


Lavrov said that they will start signing deals on the Caspian Sea. He reminded that another round of talks on the sea will start on July 19. Baku hosted the third Caspian summit in 2010. The fourth summit will be held in Moscow, the terms will be determined depending on the work of experts.


Moscow will host the 29th session of the special working group for development of the Caspian convention on July 19-20, Lavrov said.
