Armenia will soon respond to the proposal made by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said on Monday Foreign Minister of the Republic Edwards Nalbandian in a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports.
Lavroc passed a a personal message of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan during his visit to Yerevan and Baku on July 7-8.
