Kaspiisk blast kills two police

A massive explosion with the power of three or four kilograms
of TNT took place in Kaspiisk next to a police car. As a result, two
police officers were killed. Another two policemen and a passerby were
taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds.

Novosti reports with reference to the representative of the city
hospital of Kaspiisk.

The blast damaged a gas pipeline network with a diameter of 150
millimeters. At the repair works are being conducted to renew the gas
supply.
