Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who is currently taking part in an economic forum in Germany, has criticized the Quadriga jury for not awarding Vladimir Putin, Echo of Moscow reports.
The jury's decision was based on fear and inconsistency, the Russian President believes. However, that is a German problem, not a Russian one, Medvedev said.
The Quadriga jury had decided to award the Russian Prime Minister, but changed its decision after a big media storm.
