Nothing prevents the signing of a full-scale framework Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea, the deputy foreign ministry of Azerbaijan, Kalaf Khalafov, stated on Wednesday.
The 29th session of the special working group on development of the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea of deputy foreign ministers of the littoral states is being held in Moscow on July 19-20.
Khalafov stated that all sides have the will and desire to speed up the work on the agreement, RIA Novosti reports.
