The government of Stavropol Territory has adopted a development programme aiming to encourage further economic development of the eastern regions of the territory, RIA Novosti cites Stavropol's economic development ministry.
According to the programme, 13 billion rubles will be invested in these regions in order to improve the current economic situation and improve living standards.
