Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed new staff for the Investigation Committee of the North Caucasian Federal District today, the Kremlin reports.
Colonel Murat Tkhakakhov has become the investigation chief, Mikhail Lamonov is now head of the criminal control directorate of the North Caucasian investigation.
