US does not consider Kazakhstan supporting terrorism

The US government does not regard Kazakhstan as a country in any way supporting terrorism, said a report released today by the US embassy, CA-News reports.

The statement was made after the information that the US Department of Homeland Security has included Kazakhstan in the special immigration list "of countries that have demonstrated the trend of development and creation or protection of terrorist organizations or their representatives" appeared in the media. The US DHS stressed that Kazakhstan is its strategic partner in the common fight against terrorism.
