Georgian Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II will visit Ukraine and meet
Metropolitan Volodymyr, the head of Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Trend
reports.
They will meet at the Kie Pechersk Lavra on July 26 and have a joint
liturgy with clerics of Ukraine, Russia and Georgia.
Ilia II said on Sunday that the Russian and Georgian Orthodox Churches
could do a lot for rapprochment of their peoples.
