Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi must resign and stay in Libya, his fate
will be decided by the people, British Secretary of State William
Hague said, Gazeta.ru reports.
Hague made the statement at a meeting with his French counterpart,
Alain Juppe. Hague believes that Gaddafi's voluntary resignation would
be the best way to demonstrate to the people that he has nothing to
fear.
Gaddafi said that he will not resign and leave the country. Last week
he said that he will not negotiate with the rebels "until Judgement
Day".
