The Baksan rebel group in the Russian North Caucasian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria is now headed by Zalim Tutov, RIA Novosti reports. Tutov replaced Kazbek Tashuyev, who was killed recently during a special operation, as the head of rebels. The rebel group is responsible for several crimes, including a
terrorist attack on the Baksan hydroelectric power plant.
