Georgia welcomes all constructive proposals to resolve the conflict with Abkhazia, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze said today, Trend reports.
Kalandadze commented on the statement of Acting Abkhaz President Alexander Ankvab, who had said that Sukhumi would hold negotiations with Tbilisi without preconditions.
The Georgian deputy minister has doubts about independence of Ankvab and his desire for talks.
