Trial of Nino Burjanadze's husband starts today

Trial in absentia of Badri Bitsadze, husband of Ex-Speaker of
Parliament Nino Budjanadze and former Border Police Chief, starts in
Tbilisi today, Trend reports.


Layer Levan Samushia said that the head of the department for
information and analytics of the Interior Ministry Shota Utiashvili
was summoned to the court. 65 witnesses were questioned, including
Nino Burjanadze, leader of the Democratic Movement - United Georgia,
and a leader of the National Forum Gubaz Sanikidze.
