The Abkhaz prosecutor general's office has accused the Interior
Ministry of protecting police criminals, Apsnypress reports.
Head of the Invetigation Department of the Prosecutor general's Office
Jemal Gogiya said that the police often use disciplinary punishments
rather than initiation of cases for their staff. The police failed to
file complaints of citizens about police racketing two citizens.
