Armenian opposition talks to Yerevan traders

On July 29 the director of the Center for Legal Assistance of the
Armenian National Congress, Gagik Jangiryan, met with a delegation of
citizens engaged in retailing in Yerevan, Armenia Today reports.

The meeting was centered on the issue of the ban on street trading and
the dismantling of stalls. It was noted that the process has been
carried out in gross violation of law, in particular, property and
leasing rights.

Representatives of the Central Office promised the street vendors to
bring the decision to court.
