Georgia will start issuing new generation IDs on August 1, the Batumi
Justice House will mark the date, Trend reports.
The new IDs will have better protection, will allow identification
through the Internet and will have an electronic signature.
The new documents cost 30 laris ($1 = 1.66 laris). The socially
vulnerable will have benefits.
