The car of Magomedgaji Tagirov, head of administration of the
Untsukulsky District, has been blown up in the Dagestani town of
Buynaksk, ITAR-TASS reports.
The Investigation Directorate of the Russian Investigation Committee
said that one person died and three were injured in the explosion,
including Tagirov. The bomb was planted underneath the car.
