NATO to visit Armenia

The NATO mission head in Armenia, Armen Yedigaryan, has invited the
NATO Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy, Kolinda
Grabar-Kitarovich, to visit the annual meeting, called “NATO Week”, in
Yerevan this autumn. The two officials met on August 1, Armenia Today
reports.


Yedigaryan and Kitarovich discussed cooperation between Armenia and
NATO in public diplomacy to present more information on NATO and
cooperation, improving social information about Armenian peacekeeping
operations, security and defenses.


Armenia has held “NATO Week” annually since 2007.
