South Ossetia is looking forward to continue the process of integration with the Russian Federation, South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoyty said, Russian news agency Interfax reports.
"South Ossetia's people are very grateful to Russia for Moscow's decision to recognize our independence. We will never forget this," Kokoyty said.
He also said that South Ossetia may joint the Russia-Belorus Union. According to him, that will be a remarkable step in the integration process.
