The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachyov, ordered the
local authorities to pay residents who have suffered from heavy wind
and rain, RIA Novosti reports.
Over 700 houses were damaged by wind and hail. Kubanenergo said that
over 4,000 people are suffering a power cut. Electricity is planned to
be restored by the end of the day.
Tkachyov's deputy, Jambulat Khatuov, is supervising the restoration work.
