Iranian president: Events have no ties to Arab rallies

The events in Iran have nothing to do with the situation in Arab countries now, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in an exclusive interview with Euronews today.
"What happened in Iran is not the same as what’s going on in other countries," Ahmadinejad said. "A totally free election was held in Iran, but attacking buildings and cars is forbidden in any country and of course that is what the police as well as the judiciary are concerned about preventing."
