Iran to hold parliamentary elections

Parliamentary elections in Iran have been set for March, Press TV reports. Thus the Interior Ministry is officially starting preparations and the Guardian Council is making the last changes to the Electoral Law.
Iran's Guardian Council, which is charged with supervising the elections, has announced the final amendments made to the Electoral Law, which applies to candidates for the upcoming legislative elections.
According to the law, candidates must hold at least a master's degree in order to be eligible to run for the elections.
