The delegation of Armenia's ruling authorities will respond to the statement by the opposition Armenian National Congress on August 16, News.am cites the head of the delegation, Member of Parliament Davit Harutunyan, as saying.
“We have studied the facts presented by the opposition. Some of them appeared to be facts, while others are mere assessments. We will present our position next Tuesday,” he said.
During today’s talks the opposition delegation put forward arguments for the need to hold snap parliamentary and presidential elections because of the illegitimacy of the ruling regime.
