Alexai Vlasov: mediators can maintain the same format of talks in settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

It is too early to make any conclusions about talks between presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, as Moscow and Baku comment on the meeting in a measured way, the editor-in-chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, Alexei Vlasov thinks.

“We have to wait for August 12, when presidents of Russia and Armenia will meet at the CSTO summit. I think after it a lot becomes clear,” Vlasov said.

“However, as for three-sided format of talks, I believe mediators will be managed to maintain it. As for certain results, I cannot forecast,” Vlasov stated.
