South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity signed a decree on rewarding
the republic’s ambassador to Russia Dmitry Medoyev with the Order of
Friendship, Res reports.
Medoyev is rewarded for his great personal contribution to
establishing the statehood of South Ossetia and active fruitful
diplomatic work.
Dmitry Medoyev emphasized in December that their embassy will support
events aimed at consolidation of Ossetians.
He added that it is important for them to hear the opinions of their
fellow countrymen and authoritative representatives of Russian and
Ossetian elites.
