Forbes Media LLC filed a lawsuit against a Dagestani public organization for publishing own Forbes magazine, RIA Novosti reports.
Neftyanik partnership of petrol stations published a special Forbes magazine for 2010 on business in Dagestan with the Forbes trademark on the cover.
Forbes Media LLC says that no permission was given for publication. The magazine wants to receive 2.8 million rubles as compensation for illegal use of the trademark.
The Dagestani Arbitrary Court announced hearings on September 16.
