Azerbaijan Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov and chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin discussed issues of legal cooperation between the two countries, mutual activities in bilateral and multilateral formats, as well as in international organizations today in Baku, the statement released by Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan reads, Trend reports.
During the meeting the sides discussed other issues of mutual interest. Garalov informed the guest about legal and judicial reforms undertaken in recent years in the country and achievements of prosecutor bodies.
Bastrykin, in turn, emphasized that strengthening relations between the investigative agencies of the two countries have great prospects.
