Germany recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, said on August 15 at a briefing in Baku Commissioner for Human Rights Government of Germany, Markus Lening, 1news.az reports.
According to Marcus Lening, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be resolved only by peaceful means. He noted that eight years ago he visited Azerbaijan and drew attention to the distressing situation in which he saw internally displaced people.
Lening Marcus said he had a meeting with Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova and that on August 16 he will meet with representatives of the Administration of President of Armenia. He will also meet with representatives of political parties.
