Nikolai Hrigorov has replaced Valery Ostrovetsky as the Chief of the FSB Directorate in Karachay-Cherkessia, RIA Novosti reports.
Head of the staff department of the Russian FSB Sergey Nikulin presented Grigorov to Leader of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov.
Nikulin said that Grigorov is a skilled specialists who had worked as deputy head of the FSB directorate in North Ossetia-Alania.
Nikolai Grigorov was born in 1967, he is wived and has a child.
