A militant killed on Monday night in the Baksansky District of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Balkaria was the leader of a local rebel group, RIA Novosti cites the law-enforcement agencies of the republic.
Temirlan Dyshekov, aged 25, was killed while being arrested in the town of Baksan on Monday.
