Azerbaijani foreign ministry spokesman appointed ambassador to SAR

Azerbaijani foreign ministry spokesman Elkhan Polukh oglu Polukhov was appointed by the country's president, Ilham Aliyev, as an ambassador to the South African Republic.

By special decree the Azerbaijani president promoted Polukhov to the rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
