Belarus President Alexander Lukoshenko suggested that those countries who are members of CSTO, but are unwilling to participate on a full scale should be excluded from the organization, Gaeta.ru reports.
The statement was made right after the CSTO summit in Astana and most likely concerned Uzbekistan, whose leader, Islam Karimov, didn't attend the summit and refuses to sign collective treaty on collective special forces.
Nevertheless, the Belarusian leader emphasized that considerable progress was made during the latest meeting of the CSTO leaders.
