The electricity in the office of Georgia's Interests Section Consulate under Switzerland embassy in Moscow was cut of again today, RIA Novosti reports.
The Consulate faced the same problem in early August. The Russian side explained that the Georgian Consulate has debts worth more than one
million Russian rubles for municipal services. The Georgian side in its turn posted a note on the door of the Georgian Consulate saying that "Georgia's Interests Section Consular Service temporarily suspended its activity in connection with barriers created by the Russian side".
