Rizvan Kurbanov, Deputy Chairman of Dagestani government, has chaired
a session of the commission for adaptation to peaceful life for
citizens that had given up terrorism and extremism, RIA Dagestan
reports.
Vasily Kolesnikov, chief inspector of the plenipotentiary presidential
envoy's office to the NCFD, Secretary of the Dagestani Security
Council Magomed Baachilov, presidential advisor Rastivan Bekov,
President of the Lawyers' Chamber of Dagestan Boris Aguzov and others
were at the meeting.
Kurbanov said that they are to view complaints from citizens Timur
Kurbanmagomedov, Maksud Jabrailov, Rashid Salikhov and Anver
Shikhragimov, who want early release from prison.
Rastivan Bekov said that the citizens were imprisoned in the Sovetsky
District of Makhachkala on December 14, 2010. The court's decision
came into force on February 7, 2011. They were jailed for purposeful
damage of property.Timur Kurbanmagomedov and Maksud Jabrailov received
6-month prison sentences, Rashid Salikhov - 3 months.
Anver Shikhragimov, born in 1986, from Derbent, was jailed for
supporting illegal armed formations. He was jailed for 2 years.
