239 Iranian MPs have signed a declaration for the UN Security Council
with demands to take actions in the UK, Iran News reports.
They also plan to send the declaration to other international
organizations, including the UN Human Rights Council. The Iranian
government expressed concern at the events in the UK last week.
Iran demanded the British government to recognize the rights of protesters
A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ramin Mehmanparast,
demanded measures to be taken in the UK to stop the violence that
started in early August after the murder of 29-year-old Mark Duggan.
