The police are taking a complex of measures against terrorism for the
start of the academic year in Dagestan, RIA Dagestan reports.
The events in Beslan show that children are nothing sacred for
terrorists. Dagestani law-enforcers are inspecting schools, higher
education centers and their nearby environs. Citizens are urged to be
attentive and inform about anything suspicious.
