Sukhumi calls “peace march” by Georgia to South Ossetia provocation

Acting president of Abkhazia Nugzar Ashuba stated that Georgia's plan to carry out a “peace march” to South Ossetia is a provocation, RIA Novosti reports.

As Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier, Georgia is preparing to send refugees to South Ossetia under the guise of a “peace march”, devoted to the third anniversary of recognition of the republic’s independence by Russia.

“We are neighboring republics and wait from Georgia inadequate activities only, including this case,” Ashuba said, commenting the information on Georgian plans.
