A mosque was opened yesterday in Grozny Airport. It is named after Yusup Sakkazov, who was one of the supporters of the first Chechnya president Ahmat-Hadji Kadyrov, Yuga.ru reports.
The opening ceremony was devoted to the 60th anniversary of Ahmat Kadyrov. It was attended by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who noted that Sakkazov was a brave man, a real patriot of his country. He was awarded the Order of Kadyrov, postmortem.
