The head of North Ossetia Taymuraz Mamsurov expressed his condolences
to the people of South Ossetia in a telegram to South Ossetian
President Eduard Kokoity on the Day of Memory and Mourning, celebrated
annually on May 20th.
According to Interfax-south a group of refugees, evacuees to North
Ossetia, were killed on this date in 1992 during the Georgian-South
Ossetian conflict.
