Tbilisi is preventing international observers from participation in early presidential elections in Abkhazia, which will be held on August 26, the chairman of the central election committee of Abkhazia, Batal Tabagua, said, RIA Novosti reports.
108 observers from different countries have already been given accreditation. It is expected that social activists and parliamentary members from Italy, France, Holland, Poland and Hungary will come, as well as representatives of the Russian parliament.
