The general prosecutor of Armenia and the Yerevan department of the OSCE signed a Memorandum on mutual understanding and cooperation, Armenia Today reports.
The document presupposes OSCE support in expert analysis in the sphere of legislation, functions and duties of prosecution with participation of an international expert. Then, an expert will develop and present suggestions on improving effectiveness and transparency of prosecution work. The suggestion of expert appraisal was presented by the general prosecutor of Armenia in September 2010.
