Libyan rebels offer reward money for Gaddafi

Libyan rebels are offering an amnesty and a reward of $1.3 million for
anyone who kills or captures Muammar Gaddafi, Reuters reports.


Head of the National Transitional Council Mustafa Abdel Jalik said
that the sum was offered by a businessman from Benghazi.


Fighting in Tripoli is continuing. Rebels entered the Libyan capital
on Monday night. They say that they control most of the city.
