Libyan rebels are offering an amnesty and a reward of $1.7 million for
anyone who kills or captures Muammar Gaddafi, RIA Novosti reports.
The head of the National Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdel Jalik,
said that the sum was offered by a businessman from Benghazi and the
ANC.
Muammar Gaddafi's residence in Tripoli was captured by the rebels on
Wednesday. They announced that they had taken power in the country.
