The National Transitional Council of Libya will have a meeting in
Istanbul, after being summoned by Ankara. The session will hold talks
on the road map after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi's regime, SalamNews
reports.
The main topic is financing. Turkey issued $100 million to Libya. 20
states are to participate in the meeting. The session will be opened
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu.
