Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili met NATO European united forces' commander Admiral James Stavridis in order to discuss the country's further cooperation with alliance, Novosti Gruzia reports.
The meeting took place in the Presidential Palace in Tbilisi. Admiral Stavridis is currently paying a two-day visit to Georgia.
Among other issues the parties discussed Georgia's participation in NATO's operation in Afghanistan.
